The Order of the Grand Library of the Children of the Dawn is devoted to the collection and preservation of knowledge of all forms. Children of the order are commonly called the Gatherers.

This order is the largest of the orders. There are 551 Gatherers as of 882 AH which is about 26% of all Children.
Leadership[]

The Order of the Grand Library is ruled by the Circle of Wisdom. The Circle is composed of: the Wisest; the High Keeper, who is in charge of maintaining the records of the Children and the Citadel Library; the High Collector, who is in charge of seeking out new knowledge in the world; the High Searcher, who is in charge of overseeing all research conducted within the Citadel; and the High Warden, who is in charge of disseminating the knowledge that is found. The Wisest selects the other members of the Circle, and the other members of the Circle select the Wisest.
The Circle together selects the Gatherers who sit in the Hall of Stewards.
